Serious Injury Coverage

Traumatic Brain Injury – $150,000 in the event of a Severe Traumatic Brain Injury; $75,000 for Moderate Traumatic Brain Injury. (Mild traumatic brain injuries, such as concussions, are not covered.)

Paralysis - $150,000 in the event of Quadriplegia, Hemiplegia or Paraplegia; $75,000 for Uniplegia.

Loss of Limb (Dismemberment) – $150,000 in the event of loss of two hands, feet or eyes or speech and hearing; $75,000 for loss of one hand, foot, eye, speech or hearing; $37,500 for loss of thumb and index finger of the same hand.

Accidental Death – $150,000 in the event of a covered accidental death.

Base Coverage

Hospitalization – pays $300 per day of hospitalization for up to 60 days.

Emergency Care Treatment – pays $300 per accident for treatment in an Emergency Room; $150 per accident for treatment in an Urgent Care Center.

Physical Therapy – pays $100 per visit for up to 10 visits (treatment must be recommended by a physician).

Ambulance – reimburses $5,000 for air and/or $500 for ground ambulance transport.
