Loss of Limb

If your injuries require amputation of a limb, Balance will pay you a specified percentage of the selected benefit.

100% of benefit for loss of two hands, feet, eyes, speech and hearing • 50% for loss of one hand, one foot, one eye, speech or hearing • 25% of benefit for loss of thumb and index finger of the same hand
